Room for rent in 3 bedroom, owner-occupied apartment. Utilities/bills and wi-fi included. There is an in-unit washing machine, no dryer. Private bedroom, shared bathroom. Located 5 minutes from Route 2 and near shopping and restaurants.

Apartment includes 2 parking spots, roommate will their own spot. First and last required at move-in ($1,460)

No pets. I have two cats already.

I am female and there are no other roommates. Looking for someone with a similar lifestyle to mine. I go to bed early/wake up early and don’t have people over. Nights are quiet and I prefer not to come home to strangers in the house. Must be okay with indoor only cats. They are both very friendly.

No smoking anything inside the house. It’s not my business what you do outside though!

Communication is key, expecting to share chores equally. Background check required.
