The bedroom is spacious for a queen-sized bed and comes with a 1-door closet. AC units in both bedrooms + another in the living room. Cozy living space. Apartment is on the ground floor and has access to a spacious, private backyard with a grill + picnic table. RENT and UTILITIES: U$ 1,350 (gas and water included). BILLS: Range from U$ 70-200/month per person depending on the season. DEPOSIT: U$ 1,350. Needs proof of income and pass a credit check. No pets. LOCATION: 4 blocks from the N/W train station and 15min walk to R, F, E subway station. Astoria is known for having good bars and restaurants, and a diverse cultural environment. Laundromats and gyms are available close by.

ABOUT ME: I am a Brazilian scientist and I moved to NYC 2 years ago. I am a quiet, tidy person, that cooks often. I work mostly onsite. On my spare time, I like playing games (bar games, video games), practice the drums (I go to a music studio for that), watch movies and TV shows, and spend time with my friends.
