Tiffany's room

The apartment is in a quiet, safe location, within walking distance of the University of Oregon, Downtown Eugene, and Amazon neighborhood.

The room is large, with big closet, and two windows that get a lot of light. The apartment is modern, all the appliances and fixtures are in good shape. The upstairs bathroom is shared, but it’s big and has two sinks and plenty of storage space.

The two housemates are laid-back, respectful guys in their 30’s-40’s who have lived in the apartment for a while. They’re friendly and communicative and keep the place pretty clean, no big parties, hard drugs, heavy drinking or cigarette smoking.
