Friendly dogs welcome (I have a small dog that lives here)! $150 pet rent (in addition to rent & security deposit).

Close to the Hollywood sign hike, Universal Studios, and Warner Brothers. Calm & quiet neighborhood.

There are 3 other roomies. I own the house and live here with my small dog. I work from home, the others are working professionals. We’re all super friendly and I enjoy cooking a large meal for everyone from time to time.
