Northeast Merman Drive

820 sq foot, 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom in Pullman. Amenities: balcony, washer & dryer in-unit, dishwasher. I have an AC unit in the living room. The only utilities to pay are wifi (~$30/mo) and electric (~$25-50/mo). Rent is $462/mo without utilities. I also have a registered ESA kitty named Penny, she’s 14 years old and is Velcro – she’ll lay on you all day if you let her. Very small, cuddly, and non-destructive. There’s a bus stop just outside the parking lot that goes to campus (~5-8 min ride).

I’m graduating this semester, and will take a gap year before going to vet school. I love to crochet, bake, embroider, generally just artsy fartsy. I like to hang out with friends but also enjoy my solitude. I’m in a long-term relationship with my girlfriend, who’ll come down to visit every other weekend or so. Looking for college-aged woman or enby, neat and tidy and doesn’t leave lots of clutter in shared spaces. Bonus points if queer and/or neurodivergent!! <3 All of the kitchen, dining room, and living room is furnished by me so if you don’t have any furniture outside of bedroom furniture that works out great! Of course you’re more than welcome to have anyone over but just no wild parties please.
