The $800 room for rent (utility costs are separate) is located in Kennesaw about 15 minutes from KSU and about the same distances from Hwys 75 and 575. The house is in a nice neighborhood with lots of young professionals and families and also has a fenced in backyard.

The house is already furnished aside from your room/closet/bathroom. The master bedroom is located upstairs. It’s carpeted, has a walk-in closet, and an en-suite private bathroom - shower, tub, toilet.

The move in deposit is $650. The base rent is $800, but total out-of-pocket with utilities added is ~$ 950 per month. Utilities like sewer, water, and trash run about $30–40 a month per person. Internet (ATT Fiber), gas, and electricity run about 80–100 bucks a month per person.

Total move in cost is $1450. I am more than willing to send screenshots / bills for the month.

Two professional male roommates are looking to add another one other roommate to our lease. One roommate is home 1-2 days a month. The ideal roommate is between 23-35 years old, and must be able to pass a background check and credit check from our rental company. The credit check from our rental company does not require a specific number but a general good rental standing. We are both professionals, clean, and not big party people, and we are looking for someone who is similar. Also, please note: our rental company has some pet policy restrictions.
