The location is in Kennesaw, about 15 minutes from KSU and about the same distance from Hwy 75 and about the same from Hwy 575.

The house is already furnished aside from your room/closet/extra room. The bedroom for rent is upstairs, carpeted, and has a jack-n-jill bathroom shared with the other roommate (toilet, shower/tub combo) with access from your bedroom. Laundry room access is directly across your bedroom. The extra space/office area is located downstairs next to the kitchen, near a half bath and living room. The house also has a fenced in backyard.

The base rent is $725, but Rent total with utilities added is ~875. Utilities like sewer, water, and trash run about $30–40 a month per person. Internet (ATT Fiber), gas, and electricity run about 80–100 bucks a month per person. Deposit is $600.

Total move in cost is $1325.

I am more than willing to send screenshots / bills for the month.

Two male roommates are looking to add one more person to our lease. One roommate is only home about 1-2 days a month. The ideal roommate is 23-35 years old and must be able to pass a background check/ credit check from our rental company. The credit check is not number based but general good rental history.

The current lease ends on on 8/30, so it is perfect for a short term rental, but you have an option to renew before then.

We are both professionals, clean, and not big party people, and we are looking for someone who is similar.
