Priscilla's room

Our home is located in a new build/ new development in the suburbs of Lodi, CA . The home is around the corner from Target, Walmart, Safeway, Food 4 less and so many restaurants and major shopping centers . Room is fully furnished as seen in photos with a beautiful queen size white bed frame , mounted TV, matching dresser and nightstand OR you’re most welcome to provide your own furniture . The closet is custom built with extra storage and top and bottom hanging racks to allow for more storage and hanging room. Home is equipped with internet , security alarm and cameras . Dog friendly as long as your dog is friendly. We have a shittzu and he absolutely loves other dogs . Dog run in back yard as well. You are welcome and encouraged to share the living room, kitchen and beautiful back patio area with seating and lights 😊. I am a single mom with 2 busy daughters who are in multiple sports all day till about 830pm . We are hardly home and our bedrooms and bathrooms are conveniently located upstairs away from the single downstairs room and bathroom that you would be renting . We are a friendly family of 3 girls and a sweet small dog named Bentley who love to be active and outdoors . We looking for a female roommate to share our home with 🤍

I am a 31 year old women with 2 daughters- 11 & 13. Mine and my daughters bedrooms and both our bathrooms are located upstairs away from your downstairs room and bathroom . We are very busy as I work 2 jobs and both daughters are in competitive sports . We’re merely home after 8pm when practice and work /school is done . We are very easy going , down to earth and clean …the house always stays clean and tidy 🤍. We enjoy cooking and sharing meals so you are always welcome to dinner with us 😊
