About the room
The house is a totally remodeled with impact windows, has three rooms for rent. Each one are equipped with bed , fridge , microwave TV, and a desk to work . The price of each room varies depending by the season. Wifi and electricity included. No parking available but there is chance for street parking . There are Rules to comply in the house . You only need a Security deposit of 1/2 month and first month to move in. Id is required for a background check not exemption.Minimum one month max 6 months. This is good when you are waiting for a permanent home.Longer stay will be negociable. Kitchen available for an extra fee.
About the roomies
The house is occupied only 5 for roomies max, owner will be visiting the house every day. Cleaning of bathroom is including once a week.
