Jennifer's room

I have downstairs room for rent, which has an attached rec room (shown in pics with tv). Am looking for someone low mainatainace, tidy, and not allergic to pets. Preferably a traveling nurse or someone just needing a relaxed more quiet environment. This is located in the ponderosa area, located within a small walk to a grocery store and gas station, and half mile to a bus stop. There would be shared use of the washer dryer. Utilities would be about 40/mo. Its a lil bit of country in the city of spokane valley. $900.

Currently i work in the am, and am quiet, with an active lifestyle. Looking for someone extrememly trustworthy and responsible with great communication skills as there will be 2 others in the home. Other roommate also quiet and reserved, looking for compatible lifestlyes
