Kay's room

I live in a 900 sq foot two bedroom apartment, on the second floor of an eight floor building. I am looking for a roommate to occupy the second bedroom. Room is not shared, you will have your own room. Newly renovated apartment with hardwood flooring, a balcony, and two full bathrooms. Bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment. Utilities are included besides electric which gets mailed by the property and usually doesn’t exceed $50. Wifi is hooked up and is an additional $45 a month. The vacant room is the bigger room out of the two, has it’s own walk in closet. You must go through the property to fill out an application which is a non refundable $50, and to get approved. You will be replacing my old roommate so you must have a dependable job and income along with no prior evictions.

I am a 25 years old, I work almost every night of the weekday. I’m pretty social, and I love to cook. I’m still in my young and going out era. I’m looking for a roommate who is preferably around the same age as me. Preferably someone who’s easy going and can co exist with someone without the extra drama. Someone who doesn’t mind me bringing ppl over. Also must be clean & always willing to clean up after ones self. I will probably request a couple coffee dates, lunch dates before I am comfortable with sending an application.
