Hi! My name is Kristie. I away from home 12 hours a day, Monday - Friday. I have an 18 year old who is home a handful of days a month so you would only have to share the bathroom on those days- double vanity w/storage. The bedroom is furnished and is decorated in a BOHO style and has a walk in closet. My house is new and your bedroom hasn’t been used yet so it’s in flawless condition. If you want a lock on your door, I can arrange that. Everything except food is included and we have security although the house is in a quiet neighborhood.I have a back covered patio and it’s really beautiful in the summer time. I am 7 minutes up from the Southworth ferry terminal and I commute to seattle by ferry. It is actually a really relaxing. commute.

I am 46 almost 47 but young at heart! I am easy to get along with, kind, pretty quiet but I do enjoy listening to music. Like I said, I am away from home for a long stretch of the day and home on the weekends. I rarely have overnight quests. I expect all the common areas to stay tidy and that we pick up after ourselves and keep our bathrooms clean. I’d love to meet you. I have had 2 roommates in the past and they both were positive experiences. Don’t let “Port Orchard” scare you, it’s a 20 minute or less drive to Tacoma and a 30 minute ferry ride to West Seattle.
