Hi there. We have a room for rent and it is unfurnished with shared bathroom. It’s inside a community and the people here are very nice. The community has a swimming pool. Utilities and internet will be provided. There’s also a washer and dryer that you can use. Just please don’t go crazy with the water, electricity, washer and dryer. And we’ll be okay. Parking is available outside the house.

It’s just me and my wife. We are very calm and quiet people. We just moved to Florida from Cali. We are easy people to get belong with. We like to keep the house clean and we just ask that you do the same like us. All we just ask is that you take care the house and room like it’s your and we will be fine.
