Gold Drive

The property is an apartment building in the Cottages of Fort Collins with a 5 bed 5 bath. The property in question is a single bed single bed apartment with communal washer, dryer, dishwasher, and kitchen. Parking is included for free with the option to pay for sheltered parking. The unit is clean, and the current roommates are very accepting! Pets are allowed as well. The property also includes a pool, hot tube, sauna, volleyball court, and gym. If furnishing is needed, you can request it at the office for a fee.

It is a mixed gendered housing, with predominant male identifying student tenants. There are currently 3 that will be staying at the property by the move in date. One of the roommates I’ve known for two years, he’s a wonderful person and a studious scholar in Biomedical Sciences. A pleasure to be around and an active and fun individual! I do not currently live there but my visits have shown that the tenants are incredibly friendly and accepting. The reason for this posting is that I signed the lease in early February with the intention of moving in in august, however some personal financial issues had made it to where I am unable to move in so I would like to sign my lease over to a new tenant for the period of move in. I graduate in a little over a year, so I need to start saving for graduate school, hence the change of plans in my lease agreement.
