Jamie's room

This room is in a fully refurbished condo right across from the beach. It comes with its own detached bathroom and has a balcony. The rest of the condo is also brand new from the appliances to the flooring. There is a parking garage, pool, gym, in-unit laundry, and many more amenities. The location is right at the entrance point to Kanan Dume Road giving you easy access through the canyon and right across from a shopping center with restaurants, grocery store, and a gas station.

During the lease months there will be one bisexual male and female, who are super friendly and outgoing. Both are also students at Pepperdine University, but will be working during the summer months.
