I am pretty easy to get along with if you have a full time job, are not a homebody, turn off your lights if not in use!! do your dishes after each use, squeeze the water out of the sponge, clean up after your bathroom visits if needed :) …My house is very homie, and clean, we will share the cleaning responsibilities. I have owned and lived there since 2012 and I know pretty much all of my neighbors, we look out for each other and always say hello. Nipomo area, street parking, washer and dryer and all utilities included looking for middle aged woman but am open to meeting and chatting with anyone interested.

I am 52 yrs young, active, and looking for same in a renter. No home bodies allowed!! It is just me in the house . I have lived and owned it since 2012.
