We are looking for a reliable and friendly person to rent a room on the first floor of our newly remodeled house.

We live in Creekbridge, a community ten minutes from downtown Salinas or the 101 freeway, five minutes from Natividad Hospital and and 15 minutes from Salinas Valley Memorial Hospital.

We are a married couple. We would like to have a kind person, someone who is true to his word and wants to live in a harmonious and clean environment. This house is ideal for workers looking for peace and quiet at the end of the day. The room is for one person, with no overnight guests.

The room is furnished, it has a comfortable queen size bed, 2 nightstands, and a dresser.

You will have access to the kitchen and bathroom. The bathroom provided space for all your toiletries and personal needs. It is located right next to the rental room, it has been remodeled and is in perfect condition. Services such as electricity, water, and internet are included.

This is a special place to live, bilingual, dog lover and we intend to rent it to someone who appreciates it. An application is required to be completed, and a background check will be performed.

Rent is $850, due on move-in day, and $850 deposit.
