45th Street

1/2 a block from the ocean. You can see the ocean from deck. I have the upstairs and the owners have the bottom stairs. There is only one spot in the garage to park as the owners always keep theirs open for them when they come, but there is always street parking and it’s pretty easy to get. It’s very clean, it’s very stylish. There are two rooms so if only one person’s n comes on at first we would need to split rent and all bills.

No drama, I don’t drink alcohol as I’m over two years clean, although if someone else does, that’s OK but I would ask that they keep the alcohol in their room as I’m in recovery. That doesn’t mean you can’t have parties but leaving alcohol in the fridge so I see it daily is probably not the best idea as if it’s in front of me all the time I could have a bad day with my husband, having to go to court, or other things that may make me weak that day. Other than that, I am a very chill person. Not much bothers me. My husband is moving out so now I need roommates as I can’t afford it all on my own. Hopefully both have good credit as we all need to be in lease. I’d like it to be girls or guys but no couples. That creates too much drama in the home. So I don’t like yelling or screaming. I try to keep the house looking nice. I wouldn’t care about the your rooms. Only in the spaces we share. Meaning the living room and the kitchen. Other than that I am 42, I’m a designer. I design handbags out of recycled materials, I create handbags from Love ones clothing so you can keep their memory alive. I create feathered earrings, I’m a personal stylist, I edit ( if clothes are too small, too big, to long or you just want to make them more stylish I can do that. I also create custom hats with feathers, goggles, new trim, funky pins. I’m an artist.)I love to create. I can paint, draw. In horrible with me numbers or remembering directions not my strong suit.
