Michelle's room

This room is totally furnished. Please read: Here are all things included. WIFI, PG&E, TV STREAMING ROKU. Brand new washer and dryer in unit. 

The Bathroom has hair dryer, iron, flat iron hair, first aid kit, toilet paper, Shampoo,  soap, and gel shower, c etc. The main bathroom which is share has a small locker to store your personal items toothbrush etc. The main bathroom gets disinfected with UV light and green safe desinfectants, and steam for floors. NO HARSH CHEMICALS.

The main Bathroom is equiped with an air purifier LEVOIT which is on 24 by 7. So long as someone is  home.

Room has the following amenities:

DESK with a LED lamp. FANS ceiling fans and personal fan.. TV with streaming roku (youtube, etc), I paid for Prime video you can watch NETFLIX. Extra sheets, Extra Pillows, Extra blankets. Beach towel. Pillows are  encase in allergen case.

Both rooms have a Microwave, a small fridge, Keurig Coffee Machine. Luggage Racks, Laundry bin for dirty laundry with a lid. And cottom bag inside to be washed. Access to a full kitchen. Salt and Pepper. Visitor’s parking are in the complex which is mostly owner occupied, or you can park in the cul de sac. There is a Pool. Green Belt around the complex for inside for walks. Nearby iron trail for biking and hiking closest park Hidden Lakes Park.

Cleaning for carpet throughout and kitchen and bathroom floors.. You clean your own room and (take your trash out)

Safety and Security My roommate are mostly long term and part of my household. For security there are cameras outside in the front of the home and inside in the front of the house. near the windows. Cameras are also outside garage and inside Garage. There are floodlights  in the stairs and solar operated wall mounted to illuminate if you come home at night. In addition light in the front porch turns on if someone is coming in.

I am an adult I attended UC Berkeley and now I am working on a MFA. In addition I have an studio with a bed where I spent a lot of times overnight working on my art. In other words you will hardly see me. I am a drawing and painting major. I am quiet and respectful I don’t hold parties, I don’t do any kind of drugs legal or illegal, I don’t drink unless it’s socially usually in a restaurant. I don’t bring people overnight. I am pretty busy in my life not much time to socialize. Currently I only have one roommate who only stays 4 days of the week overnight. I am looking for someone who enjoys being in a 1,400 sq. condominium.
