~150sqft room ~ Brand new carpets and freshly painted walls ~ Spacious closet It’s in a quiet and safe neighborhood, there is a trail along our home that goes for about a mile or two

I live with my single dad and 6 year old sister. I am 22 years old and am looking to fill our 4th bedroom. It’s a 4 bed 2 bath

We are laid back, friendly, and easy going

We have a bird , a male puppy cane corso, and a 1 year old female pug. They are all friendly (: and all get along. (Dogs sleep in garage)

We are gone M-W from 8am- 6pm, and Th-Sat from 8:30-5ish or so. Sunday days we are either home all day or out and about. At night we stay home and watch movies with our sound system. So if you like your peace and quiet during weekend nights this isn’t the place for you. We love watching movies as family time and are not willing to negotiate that.

Must be kid friendly and dog friendly.
