We are looking for a roommate genuinely happy, calm, neat, respectful, kind, and hopefully interested in developing a cordial, friendly relationship. The MASTER BEDROOM, in our large 2-bedroom loft condo, comes semi-furnished but can be empty as well. You’ll have access to common areas such as the kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry, and patio.

The rent is $1,800 per month including all utilities (water - gas - electricity and WiFi) AVAILABLE on SEPTEMBER 1st, 2024. The rental length is 6 MONTHS MINIMUM to 1 YEAR. There is a $1000 DEPOSIT REQUIRED.

The apartment is in a gated community nestled in the Santa Monica Mountains. It has plenty of parking space, 2 pools, 2 jacuzzis, a sauna, and a tiny workout room. We are located on Lost Hills Road in Calabasas, 5 minutes from a hiking path, 10 minutes from Erewhon, Philz Coffee, Rose Garden, and other restaurants, 15 minutes from Albertson, Starbucks, Sharky’s, UPS store, The Six Chow restaurant and other retail stores and restaurants all in walking distance. Pepperdine University and Malibu 🏖️ beaches are 20 minutes away by beautiful scenic drive.

We are a fun outdoorsy couple in our 50s with 3 adult children who are out of the house now so we have extra space. However, they do visit for the holidays. We love to sail and go out in the ocean as much as possible, mostly on weekends during warm weather. I work in Special Education, teach French, and study on the side. My boyfriend is a lawyer. We are both musicians and love yoga, meditation, sailing, live music, walking/hiking, playing pickleball, yummy foods, going out, and enjoying the present moment filled with laughter.
