Spacious kitchen of your own, with stove, full size refrigerator and freezer, small dishwasher, a microwave, table and chairs, couch, new bed, mattress, pillows, and bedding. Private bath with full-size step in shower (just installed).

All utilities (except TV) are included which means no surprise costs and a simple, single rent payment. Also, no need to contact all the utility companies for set up. Very predictable rent which includes electric, water, gas, garbage removal, recycling service, professional yard care, snow removal, washer and dryer on 1st floor, AND a high-speed computer connection. Parking is on the driveway. Mail delivery is to the secure mailbox on the cul-de-sac.

No dogs. A cat will be allowed with an extra damage deposit. Indoor only cats are recommended as there are coyotes in the area. Landlord is on premises, in the two floors above. I am looking for a tenant who is very clean, relatively quiet, and has a solid credit score. A 1-year contract is required by the Homeowners Association (HOA). Credit and background checks will be run after viewing and applying. First month’s rent and an equal amount for damage deposit will be required. Must be able to handle stairs. Absolutely no smoking allowed due to allergies.

This space has been rented before with renters staying multiple years. It is a good solution for someone moving to the area, a work relocation, going through divorce, or in transition. A car is essential as there is no public transport. The unit is available immediately but may need a few finishing touches depending upon your needs in the space.
As this property is in a Home Owners Association, a 1-yr. lease is required and those moving in have to review and sign off on the bylaws. PS- in the pictures, the mattress has not yet arrived, as of March 25. Due in any day.

I am semi-retired but quite active. I enjoy yoga and a peaceful home. Weekends my guy usually joins me at my place. I enjoy gardening, biking, kayaking, scuba, reading, writing, games, etc. I’m pretty busy but have really enjoyed the renters present in the past.
