I am currently looking for someone to take over the room for the next couple of months from May to possibly July as I will be out of town however if you would like to stay longer or shorter, I’m open to discussing and working something out. The room will be furnished and clean before you come. This is a two-bedroom apartment, each having its own bathroom. I’ll be renting out my room which has its own bathroom and a balcony. The building has a small gym, a furnished rooftop, and a laundry unit which you can use as well. Guests can access the living room, kitchen, rooftop, laundry unit, and gym. The grocery store is about a 5 minute walk from the apartment and the train station is about 13 minutes walking. The trains that are nearby are the 2,3,4 and 5.
The other roommate is my friend and is usually not home because she is working. She’s very clean and quiet.
