NITZIA's room

The house is in a gated community 5 minutes away from Walmart, Publix, Aldi’s and WAWA. Located on the second floor and shares a bathroom with one other tenant (female). Room fully furnished. Tenant will have access to the kitchen and laundry room and communal living space in the loft on the second floor. Rent includes internet. Water and electricity are separate. No smoking, drinking, drugs or pets are allowed in the property. No overnight or weekend guests are allowed.

I moved from NYC four years ago and I am divorced. I speak Spanish and English and I work Monday to Friday in Tampa. The other roommate is from NJ but we met here. She works hybrid. We both go to church and live very quiet lives. I love cooking and baking.
