Kassie Greene's room

I am a live in Landlord and will have 1 room available by April 1st. Do prefer female roommates. There is -Front and back yard -Front parking -Shared bathroom with second room -Full kitchen with pantry room -Washer and Dryer -Garage space -would like not to add more pets we already have 3 cats in the house -$250 security deposit -6 month lease and would like a 30 day notice prior to moving out

I love doing art and my other roommate loves plants, plants have taken over the kitchen/dining room, we do still have Christmas tinsel up but it makes it more cheerful and we love it.
