We’re looking for a 3rd roommate for our 3 bedroom 1 bathroom house, available now.

We live on a quiet street, a few blocks away from In Motion Fitness. The house has a lot of community space and a nice backyard with gardening beds.

The room measures 10x10ft and has a 3x2ft closet.

The house has a washer, dryer and dishwasher.

Sorry no pets.

1. Rent for the room = $600/month
2. 1/3rd of utilities

• Approx. $136-$200/month per person

3. 1/3rd of house deposit = $1333

• Total deposit was $4k

3. $50 Application/Background check by Property MGMT
4. $150 lease change fee to Property MGMT

Currently there are two male roommates, 32 and 36 years old- one works from home, and the other’s a nurse.

We do a lot of cooking and hanging out and occasionally host board game nights or have impromptu jam seshes.

We’re planning to interview applicants in person to find a good fit.
