Carly's room

Our house is in the Newport Shores community, right across the street from the beach and a bike ride or walk to the peninsula. There are quite a few walkable restaurants, markets and coffee shops. Our house is furnished, has a large deck, and an in-unit washer and dryer. Our community has a pool, basketball court, club-house, and tennis (or pickleball) courts available for all. We also have a garage and a driveway spot which we use whenever we cannot find parking on the street, but most times there is plenty of street parking. The room is being sold “furnished” including a black metal bed frame, mattress, grey headboard, mounted smart TV, and dresser for $700 (not included in rent price).

Two mid-20 year olds and a Goldendoodle (note: one of the roomies + the dog may be moving out in August). We love having game nights, wine, nights, or watching movies/show together. We like hosting small events but also love mellow and quiet nights (especially during the week). Both of us work full-time, one working from home and the other is out and about most of the day. Boyfriends / girlfriends / guests are always allowed over.
