The apartment is great and in an amazing area. The property requires a background check. The month’s rent plus utilities is around $1000 each, making it currently around $500 cheaper than its street value according to the complex. I’m looking for someone who can reliably pay rent every month and who’s easy to get along with. I think mutual respect for each other’s space and belongings is important. I get up for work pretty early but I always strive to do that as quietly as possible. I work as a Plant Healthcare Technician.
