One room and private bathroom in a fully-furnished house, with a backyard that includes a built-in bbq and gazebo. Note: the bedroom is not furnished. The spacious bathroom has double sinks, plenty of cabinet space, and a tub-shower.

You will have access to a shared third bedroom as a guest bedroom (not pictured), to be split in use between you and the other renter.

The house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, breakfast nook and laundry room. You would be living with one other person. The common areas of house (living room, dining room, kitchen and laundry room) are fully furnished.

The kitchen equips a gas stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, dishwasher, cooking utensils, flatware, drinkware, cookware (pots and pans), plates and bowls.

The living room has a couch and two additional chairs, with a screen projector to watch tv and movies.

The dining room has a full table and buffet, with a bar pantry.

The ideal roommate:

You will be replacing me. The other renter is a female in her 40s and work’s from home. She’s friendly, very clean and responsible.
