Hello! We are looking for someone to take over the master bedroom with attached bathroom in a 2 bed 2 bath condo starting May 1st. The place is about 20 minutes away from FIT. Rent is $900 a month with most utilities included, except for electricity.

My partner and I currently live here with our black cat. We are a quiet bunch and one of us is currently in school at UCF (physics major). We are in our mid to late 20s and are LGBTQ+. Looking for another quiet LGBTQ+ person or ally to move in. Unfortunately our cat can not be around other pets. Smoking is relegated to the porch. DM If you have any questions or need more details.
