The pet friendly Addison apartments in East Boston is a great area to live in if you are a young professional in their 20s who enjoys easy commute options into the city. There is a Blue line 10 mins walking that can take you to State Street where you can change to Green/Orange line (about 25 mins) and get anywhere in the city or if you have a car, enjoy an easy 9 mins into the city. The apartment is also located conveniently by the airport, about 5 min drive or you can also take the blue line. Enough with logistics…
Prepare yourself for the building itself and amenities included; Pool, gym (also a planet fitness in neighboring lot), work areas, nice hangout lobby, pool table, coffee on tap (yes!), game and entertainment room, dog park, basketball court and dog grooming stations. Other amenities include outside hangout areas (swings, grill stations, rope hammocks.)
With all the above mentioned, this is an amazing place to live and the community here is well connected and communicative. Addison management frequently sets up events for all living there (crafts, pop-up shops and more) and show that they truly care about their tenants and issues in apartment that may need fixing. The building is pretty newly built so it definitely feels luxurious for split rent thats under $2k.
High ceilings, modern kitchen, beautiful wood floors (carpet in the bedrooms) and plenty of space for two people (and a pet or two) to live comfortably.
