in unit washer/dryer, common areas and kitchen are kept pretty clean, and there is a patio. management is quite friendly and helpful. the apartment is about a 20 minute walk from CSU, but there a bus stop directly across the street along with a grocery store. there’s several restaurant’s a block down, along with a coffee shop. the bus line gives you easy access to college road, and all its stores.

the apartment is kept pretty quiet, but all residents are quite friendly. current roommates (there are three of them) are all around college age.
