My landlord has a new apartment becoming available after some renovations right next to the hospital. I am unsure about the move in date due to the renovations. The current tenant will be out by the end of this month. It is a two bedroom apartment on the third floor. Plenty of natural light and closet spaces. Rent is subject to change as well this was just the previous rental rate being paid by the current tenant. Photos are all from her space now with trying to move out 😊.

I am looking for a single young professional to rent a two bedroom apartment with me. I have one cat, work full time remotely, and am not home frequently. I am a dog sitter, avid gym goer, and a hobby farmer. I do not bring over friends or people often if at all and do not party/drink/smoke. I prefer a clean and quiet environment.
