The townhouse is located in a quiet gated neighborhood that has a community pool and park. It’s 3 bedroom 2.5 bath with in unit washer and dryer. The kitchen is newly remodeled and the house is furnished. The carpet and paint are all about one year old now. You will have your own bedroom and bathroom with access to all rooms downstairs. The bedroom is located upstairs and has its own closet. I have cleaning services come twice a month to freshen up the house which is included in utilities. The house also includes air conditioning, a small backyard, gardeners and monthly pest control. No drugs. No smoking.

I am a 24 year old female accountant who works from home 2/5 days a week but am honestly not home more than 50% of the time. I generally work a lot and spend a lot of time at my boyfriends house. I like to keep my house clean and organized and am looking for a roommate who values the same.
