Hello, I’m looking to find a roomie for the second bedroom in my 2 story townhome in the Quail Hill area of Irvine. The room is upstairs with it’s own private bathroom ensuite. Plenty of storage space around the home and in the garage. Full kitchen privileges. Hoping to find someone that is looking to share the space.
Washer/Dryer, central A/C, and 2 car tandem garage.
Walking distance to Quail Hill shopping center, community center, and a short drive to Irvine Spectrum. Close to the 405 & 5 freeways, for an easy commute, and close to Laguna Canyon Road for that quick trip to the beach.
Community amenities include: resort style pools, fitness center, tennis courts, park & walking trails.
About the roomies
