One room in a large home is soon-to-be available in South Natomas, Sacramento starting May 1, 2024. Please no couples.

About the room: cost: $785 / month + utilities ($100/month flat rate year-round). This includes a cleaner that comes once a month, lawn care, and common household supplies (toilet paper, paper towel, dish/hand soap). Size: 11ft x 11ft with one large closet Refer to picture of carpeted room with furniture Does NOT come furnished. The person living in this room will share a bathroom with one female.

The place: 3000+ sq ft, 6bd 3bath 2-story home less than 5min drive from I-5 and I-80 off the West El Camino exit. 6-7 min drive to multiple grocery stores. 10 min drive to Downtown. 10 min walk to the river (Sand Cove Park). 16 min drive to UC Davis. 12 min drive to Sac Int. airport. 15 min drive to Sac state. 5 city parks within a 20 min walk. All common areas are furnished (see photos). Very large kitchen. You will be getting your own (labeled) space in both the refrigerator and cabinets. Nice backyard with a firepit, grill area, and picnic table for all to use. Laundry room with washer/dryer as well as a utility sink. No-shoes household. We have plenty of shoe-racks by the entrance for you to place your shoes as well as a bench.

About you: We are looking for someone friendly who has no problem with communication. There will be 6 people total living in this house, so communication is key. CLEAN, we expect the person to be a responsible adult who cleans up after his/herself at all times. LGBTQ+ friendly. We don’t tolerate intolerance of any kind. We are a household with progressive values, so if you don’t align with these ideals, you will not be a good match for this house. Stable job with stable income that is approximately 3x (or more) the rent. We will be also be doing a background check on you and will be asking for references from previous landlords. Pays bills on time every time. Contribute with maintaining a clean home, including helping everyone clean up the common spaces when needed.
