Centrally located and near most everything you would want. 700/month or 200/week includes all bills, fiber optic internet, etc.

A preference is for traveling professionals or those looking for an Airbnb situation but open to more. Can save money with agreeable rent arrangement. Have a regular airbnb gal who pops in 2 or 3 times a year for a few weeks at a time and loves it. She pays a fraction of what her coworkers pay for their stays elsewhere.

If that’s you or if you work a lot or you are often on the road for work, then this could be a great arrangement for you and all involved.

No drugs. If you have your MM license, that’s fine. I’m very open minded but this is not an agreeable environment for recreational use. It’s been an issue in the past so just putting that out there.
