Hello! I am located in Cocoa, right on the edge of Rockledge :) rent is $800/month, I take care of utilities so only $800 and everything is taken care of! Room comes with a bed, if you don’t want it then that’s fine! There is a super nice pool and gym if you’re interested in those, as well as a nice lake walk.
