Private room and private bathroom in brand new house. You’ll have access to all common areas(i.e. kitchen, living room, backyard etc.)The room can either be furnished or not, renters choice. All bills included, laundry in home and Wifi included as well. Less than 5 mins from freeway, 15 mins from JBSA Fort Sam Houston. Military preferred.

30 year old male, active duty, currently stationed at FSH will be here for a few years so decided to buy a house. I’m pretty low-key and I’m also in school and working on starting a business, so you might not see me much. As mentioned the house is brand new, so I’m the only roommate right now. Potentially willing to accept one additional in the future but still haven’t decided yet.
