Spacious and bright room in a very clean home. Quiet and clean, professional, friendly. A comfortable queen bed is included!

This is a 5 bedroom home with 3 bathrooms and 2 kitchens. There is a huge family room with a 100 inch TV system, new kitchen, laundry room. Heat, Air Conditioning and Wi-Fi are included. All utilities are included (except cable TV). The really nice built-in closet system with a light, is my favorite feature of this room!! High end blackout shades are installed. A queen bed is waiting for you, and a dresser if you need it.

The kitchen has many nice features, under-the-cabinet lights, and a 5-burner gas range. The fridge dispenses cold water. Lots of storage. Stocked with coffee pot, toaster oven, silverware, knives, and the basics to cook. Homeowner has a separate kitchen.

I’m 48 year old female, self employed, and rent the other bedroom to a professional food scientist (M, 30) who works a lot. I’m a chef and work a lot…We can’t do pets…sorry! (No exceptions)

Included: Toilet paper, endless hot water, comfy couches, dining room set, dishes/plates/silverware, coffee pot, toaster oven, basic pots/pans, cleaning supplies, garbage bags, water/electricity/garbage service, landscaping service, shared vacuum, etc.

Non Included: Housekeeping, paper towels, bedding, laundry soap, toiletries, etc.

Ready May 1st. $875 per month, with a $875 deposit. $40 background check fee for everyone’s comfort and safety.

You will have your own private entrance and 4 digit code to the security gate! Plenty of motion lights for safety.

I also need to state that there are a fair number of stairs here. A flight of stairs outdoors to get to your entrance, and a flight of carpeted stairs indoors to get to the bathroom.

Homeowner is 48, female, chef, masters degree (I have my own private bathroom and kitchen). The other roommate is 30, male, and a food scientist. We are looking for someone who is a good fit. Clean, quiet, respectful.
