It’s a fully furnished bedroom, with a full size bed, two bed stands, a closet and a dresser. One window is overlooking the street in front and the other window the side of the house. The dresser can be removed, if you prefer a desk instead. There are two other bedrooms on the third floor next to it. The second bedroom room has also been rented to another tenant.
One roomie is the house owner and the other tenant is a long time tenant. The landlord works in Manhattan, while the current tenant works virtually from home. We’re very pet friendly, as there are two dogs (one medium sized and the other a small one). And a cat. We have a huge backyard that is fully set up for outdoor life. The dining room/kitchen (and a sitting room) is on the 2nd floor (street level) and the living room is in the basement.
