This is a listing for a private room-shared bath (includes utilities!!) in a beautiful home located in the perfect location to access the 5 or 405, easy access to Irvine, Lake Forest, Laguna Beach, Laguna Hills, Dana Point, Mission Viejo.

The house itself is just about brand new… gutted and renovated 5 years ago. The room is a private bedroom, furnished or unfurnished, plus shared bath which is generally very clean. The female roommate you’ll share with is extremely respectful and conscious of others, neat, and good at communicating. Because this is a shared space, preference is for a female roommate.

The house itself is super unique & has one big open-floorplan living area to the kitchen and dining, so there’s tons of space to spread out and do your thing. 🏠

We also have space for storage in the garage (bring your bike or stored items!), and you’ll have space in the backyard for a little garden, or just hanging out. Our balcony is extremely private - no neighbors looking into our windows — and there are no houses behind us… just an amazing view of trees/nature & OC from the highest hills in Aliso. (Best fireworks ever on the Fourth of July btw 🎇)

The kitchen is super well-equipped with anything you could need, plus walk-in pantry. Laundry is also here with no restrictions.

Roommates work from home or are out and about. We cook a couple times a week, might watch tv or be social in the evenings or at a yoga/pilates class, or be out with close friends. We’re totally great hanging out and chatting - or not - if that’s your style. 👯‍♀️

Basically, the vibe here is pretty laid back and tidy… we care about this house and love where we live! If you’re looking for a place to live we sound like we’re your speed, let’s talk!
