Seeking Female Roommate, Avail. 5/8 in Emmaus, PA,

I am looking for a female roommate between the age 45-70 to share an apartment with a person of the same, she/her.

The apartment is a 2nd floor unit. Offering 2 large bedrooms 2 separate full bathrooms. The unit offers a full living, dining, kitchen area with a walk out balcony. There is a washer & dryer in the unit. It’s a great location with parking.

Requirements: Must be neat, clean and responsible. No smoking, no cannabis, no illegal drugs, no drinking or alcohol, and no pets allowed. Failure to follow restrictions is grounds for immediate suspension without refund.

Credit score 680 or above, income/job verification, or asset verification required and must be approved by Management Company. Security deposit equal to one month’s rent is required.

Monthly Rent is $1036.50 per month and does not include utilities. All utilities will be shared equally between us. Which will include Gas, electric, water and sewer, internet, and cable and phone. Separate wireless phones. Renters insurance required.

I am a female semi-retired and recently moved back to Lehigh Valley. I enjoy music, excercise, and healthy living.
