Hello! I have a 2 bedroom, 1 bath (his & her sinks) loft right inside of Ponce City Market! It is a very open plan (loft) with 24ft. or so high ceilings and beautiful large windows! My bedroom is enclosed downstairs, and I am looking to rent out the upstairs loft bedroom. That upstairs loft is unfurnished (so feel free to do what you like with it), and also open in the front, facing the large windows and looking down over the kitchen and living room. It’s really neat! Most neighbors put a nice curtain up for more privacy when needed. It has a good sized closet. The rest of my home (common areas) and bathroom are furnished; however, I am in the process of purchasing a bar or dining table of some sort. I’m getting there, lol. My roomie will have full run of the loft, other than my bedroom, of course. :) I want my roommate to feel comfortable, at home, free to cook at anytime, etc. I don’t want you to feel like you have to hang out in your bedroom, but if that’s what you prefer, that’s fine, too! :) I have all cooking utensils, pots & pans, etc. for your use. There is a brand new washer/dryer in my loft. There is very good security in the building and you will be able to open all doors to the entrance, elevators, and hallway from your phone. You’ll have a key to the door. There is parking underneath in the secure/gated garage. Being right inside Ponce City Market, you have a million restaurants and stores just right below, not to mention the awesome skyline rooftop! The building has its own access directly to the Beltline! Everything is a short walk away (restaurants, clothing stores, grocery stores, banks, CVS, Home Depot, I could go on. GA Tech is 1.5 mi. away. Piedmont Park is 1 mi. away. I really feel that its such a neat, convenient place to live right in the heart of Midtown directly on the Beltline! Perfect for business professionals, graduate students, and singles in my opinion. :) My lease is up at the end of May so I can’t really advertise my home being available for more than six months, but if all goes well, I will more than likely renew my lease. I just want to be upfront and as transparent as possible. The room will be available beginning November 1st.
