Private room with a shared bathroom, all utilities included. There are 2.5 bathrooms so no one will have to wait to use one. The room is furnished but if you prefer your own furniture that’s fine too. There is also other furniture to take your pick from if something suits you better. This is a tri-level home located in a cul-de-sac, in a safe neighborhood. You’ll have full access to the property, including a big open backyard with fruit trees and a covered deck. Currently only 1 person in the house, but plan to have a total of 3-4. I am a 26 year old male who just moved back to California. I try my best to be clean, respectful, and most importantly an open-minded person. I have 1 cat, and would be open to renters having cats too. Unfortunately dogs are not allowed:(
