House is located in a quiet court-style neighborhood. Easy access to nearby groceries, shopping, etc. The room available is a large and beautiful room with big windows and a walk-in closet. You will mainly have the restroom to yourself. Access to washer and dryer, as well as full kitchen. Utilities and internet are included. The room is furnished with a queen sized bed.

I’m a single female owner of the house and living with my little friendly small super quiet dog. I’m working full time and very clean person.
