Hello! This home is in a retirement community. Pleasant, non-smoker, kind-hearted semi-retired teacher looking to share remodeled 2 bedroom/ 1 bath (shower/tub combo) furnished manufactured home with an active trustworthy lady. Home is in E. Mesa in a small, 55+ active, gated, quiet community with pool, hot tub, clubhouse, and year-round activities. Must meet age requirement. Rent includes all utilities- electricity, water, sewer, trash, Sling streaming service, Wi-Fi. Shared bath and use of common spaces. I have a 10 year-old cuddly 8 lb. (non-shedding) mini-schnauzer/maltese dog. Use of all new kitchen appliances and washer& dryer. Housemate buys their own groceries. Recently installed heat pump-central A/C. Your room is closest to the bathroom and central A/C and is the coolest room. The 2 bedrooms are separated by the hall laundry area and the bathroom for privacy. Recent room improvements are new paint, new ceiling fan, and brand new upgraded carpet. Cozy room includes TV, internet, big closet, Sling streaming service, newer queen-size Beauty Rest pillow-top bed, dresser and desk. Park lot rent will increase up to 10% each year on Jan. 1st. Housemate will split lot rent increase which will raise the initial $500 monthly rent. Must provide references, proof of consistent income, recent credit report to me and pass a park background check (your cost about $40) to manager for approval for residency. My last background check was in April 2023 when I moved into the park . I also have a current level-one IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card from AZ DPS.

I enjoy home cooking, gardening, church activities, walking around my gated park with my dog, park activities, remodeling my home, PT high-school teaching, getting together with friends and family, dining out and some quiet time after work. No one else lives at this property.
