Veracity Pt

Hello! The lease is up in March/April next year so looking for a year long sub lease roommate. The room is located in Sanford off 46A near the Sanford mall. It’s a gated community with a resort style pool, two-story gym and a theatre. Great amenities! The complex is technically a smoke free place but I have enough air purifiers to deal with that. It’s a 2b/2b but looking for a roommate for the second bedroom/bathroom. You will have your own bathroom and access to washer/dryer and kitchen. The bedroom is not furnished so you will have to bring your own bed/dresser/tv etc. It does have a spacious closet included as well. It is on the third floor but we do have elevators. I have a dog and two cats, they are used to roaming the apartment so I’d prefer someone who doesn’t mind furry friends (obviously the room available will be off limits to them once rented). Hello!! My name is Deztiny, I’m a 28y/o female and a restaurant manager. I’m a super laid back person. I am a 4/20 and LGTBQ+ friendly person! I work weird/long hours so we probably wont see each other too much. I have a dog and two cats, my pride and joy. I’d prefer a roomie that doesn’t mind the fur kids because they are very loving and will be out and about while I’m gone, I don’t believe in locking them in cages/rooms. We’ve been in this apartment for over four years so they’re accustomed to free roaming. I don’t have a lot of people over but when I do its just a few friends to have some drinks and smoke. I keep things pretty low key, no crazy parties or anything like that.
