About the roomies
You would be taking over the lease from me. The other current occupant (your future housemate!) is a woman in her late 20s who leads a very active, adventurous lifestyle with frequent after-work events and weekend travels. Unfortunately, our cats don’t get along (mine has been a bit grumpier as she’s gotten older), so the living situation isn’t ideal. Her cat is awesome and adores people, so unless your pet (if you have one) is a very high-energy dog or doesn’t like other cats, they should be fine. The ideal person would be a professional woman around the same age (late 20s, early 30s) who keeps shared spaces clean and does not smoke (smoking is a deal-breaker, sorry!), and who is considerate about noise at night. She’s great to talk with and always has something fun and interesting planned, so if you’d like a housemate you can socialize with and/or share occasional activities with, awesome! The house is in an HOA, so together you’d be responsible for shoveling and yard work/lawn care, so y’all would coordinate how to split those duties. The move-in date is somewhat flexible—reach out, so if you’re a good fit, we’ll do our best to work something out.
