Welcome to our cozy home in Northside, Cincinnati! It’s nestled in a funky part of town with cool shops, tasty restaurants, and lively open-air markets. It’s a great spot for walking your dog or going for a bike ride.

Inside, you’ll find a comfy bedroom with lots of light, a handy desk, and a closet. The bathroom and linen closet are close by, and laundry is easy to do in the basement.

Outside, we have a nice patio where you can relax in the sun or with a good book. We’re only 10 minutes from the University of Cincinnati and a short drive from downtown. Plus, there’s plenty of street parking.

Guests are welcome to use the kitchen, patio, backyard, and basement for laundry. Feel free to make yourself at home and enjoy all the amenities our place has to offer. If you have any questions or need assistance, just let us know!

As a semi-retired graduate from UC with a background in design, I’ve poured my heart into making this space special for you.

In addition to being a housing provider in Cincinnati, I have a keen interest in house-flipping. Outside of that, you can often find me with a paintbrush in hand or tending to my garden.
